“Diversity is about all of us and about us having to figure out how to walk through this world together.”
~ Jacqueline Woodson

True advancement within the sustainability and energy sectors cannot happen without a fundamental integration of charitable, educational and socially beneficial objectives as primary motives.

Trifolium embraces the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at every conceivable step in our projects and operations. These seventeen goals bring a systematic framework to define meaningful metrics which values the environment, human well-being, life on Earth, and an economic system that is fair and just.

To meet this need, Trifolium was incorporated as a L3C company to explicitly bridge the gap between non-profit and for-profit operations and honor our mission-driven goals that extend beyond simple revenue generation.

Engineering and consulting firms can be slow to embrace inclusivity and diversity. Trifolium has specifically set out to lead the way over the coming decades by integrating multiple modes of sustainable development into our projects whenever possible. Our vision is to integrate core energy engineering, research, and facility advisement services into an approach that increasingly brings socio-economically disadvantaged and at-need groups into both core and ancillary aspects of business operations.

We have made financial and personal commitments to continue to develop relationships and expand our professional connections with:

  • Minority Business Enterprises (MBE)

  • Women Business Enterprises (WBE)

  • Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE)
